Daily monitor for IBM file through MUQEEM & using the facility of MUQEEM system to get the expats information.
•Processing business visit visa’s from travelers/visitors.
•Applying online for all sorts of business visit visa (invitation of ministry of foreign affairs business visit, temporary work visit visas etc.) as requested by travelers/visitors under IBM if needed.
•Following up online for applied business visit visa’s approval.
•Processing visa extensions with all required prerequisite completion.
•Providing a letter to visitor while keeping passport for visit visa extension with required information to avoid any issue with GOVT authorities so visitor may travel or move freely inside KSA without any hurdle.
•Providing any kind of letter to employees as per their needs and it’s containing all kind of requests like letter of conformity, letter to get a visa from around the globe for personal or business visits, bank account opening letter and there are many other letters being prepared by team member on daily basis.
•Working closely to provide authorization or any kind of letters to resolve all GOVT issues with relevant departments.
•In the participation of business competitions & bids to get the new projects, providing governmental documents related to the IBM business registration.
•Providing services to IBM for foreign employees as well and coordinating with them to resolve their issues in every area where they need him like work permit renewal, exit re-entry visa’s, if they renew their passports after then to update their passports information with immigrations, to correct their names on work permits & this process may require their original passports/work permits/birth certificates photographs applications & authorization letters with approvals of IBM concerned authorities if needed.
•Processing two types of work permit renewals, first is for those are having non engineering professions on work permits where renewal can be done by MUQEEM system or manually, second is for those are having all kinds of engineering professions & it may require their engineering registration as per the Saudi GOVT policy, medical insurance with other necessary documents.
•Extending visa’s while residence is outside of KSA and missed a chance to return back before the expiry of visa which contains a different process like approval by ministry of foreign affairs manually or through website, letter of extension visa with Saudi Embassy name and letter must be attested by COC & MOFA, approval from immigrations to extend the visa.
•Change of profession as per the Saudi GOVT policy by using their educational certificates, this service can be done manually or through MOI website after getting approval from ministry of labor and this process may require original work permit, educational certificates with required attestation by Saudi embassy with some other necessary documents along with change of profession fee.
• Handling transfer of sponsorship for new employees when they join IBM KSA from another company & it may require their NOC letters by old sponsors with online approval by using MOFA website, this process may require fee as well to transfer their sponsorship, dependents tax if any of employee has dependent.
•Coordinating with employees of engineering professions to update their information systematically and this process may require work permit copy educational certificates copies and work permit expiry as well to update their profiles according to the GOVT policy.
•Family residence visas are also managed as per the GOVT policy he is guiding & giving suggestions to requestors for the family visas, this process may require original educational certificates, visa fee, information for the dependents to apply visa as per need.
•Providing documentation of work visas to new employees those are coming on work permit visa from around the world and this process may require visa authorization for the selected candidate by using their passports information with their home countries visa agency info.
Legalization Documents
• Interfacing with MOL portal to manage and monitor the saudization percentage of IBM as per license activity.
•Validating and monitoring of IBM CR, COC, & SAGIA to avoid any violation of the GOVT policy & license, GOSI, ZAKAT & Saudization certificate are also included.
Qualifications: •
