Support the organization in identifying and implementing process improvement
opportunities to enable optimal services to be delivered to our customers.
• The driving force for managing improvement initiatives across teams to deliver
business benefits. And direct multiple projects,
• Champion and deploy business and process improvement methodologies and
toolsets across the Unit.
• Build capability through knowledge sharing and coaching; build the Business
Process Improvement Team’s credibility by engaging effectively with
stakeholders.
• Present findings and recommendations with confidence and communicating these
to sponsors and key stakeholders
• Challenge stakeholders to maximize opportunities from process improvement
initiatives
• Identify improvement opportunities and manage improvement requests from the
business
• Coach and support project team members in use of tools and methodologies
• Document and monitor business processes, business rules, metrics and standard
operating
• Procedures as a result of improvement initiatives.
• Deliver process improvement training to staff
• Initiate scope and manage the delivery of projects for identified process
improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Manage business process improvement projects to an agreed project plan.
• Ensure the project team and key stakeholders are kept informed across relevant
project activities.
• Communicate effectively with impacted staff and stakeholders

1. Sales tasks:
§ Achieve target of RBG products
§ Current account & saving account as well
§ Credit card secure as well as un secure
§ Time deposit with different maturity date
§ Insurance certificates
§ Mashreq milliner certificates
§ Procuring new customers for Mashreq Bank Credit Cards
§ Sourcing the corporate business targeting any particular company Or group by
offering them bulk deals with cooperate rate
§ Achieving sales targets individually as well as team target
2. Service & Operation tasks:
§ Issuing Liability Certificates
§ Issuing Clearance Certificates (NOC)
§ Attend customer from Q waiting
§ Settlement for The Customers liabilities by clearing cheques from other banks
§ Opening & closing Accounts as per The UAE Central Bank Policy & maintain the KYC

1. Customer Service tasks:
§ Providing Consultancy to prospective and existing customers in the Knowledge of
stock markets so as to improve profits on The Customers End
§ Selling Stocks as part of the Service team
2. Financial Analysis tasks:
§ Research of all client companies; to improve the chance of Profits, for the individual
customers & various organizations, which also includes stock evaluation of various
corporate organizations
