• Responsible for all training & development activities in Agility, whether the training is technical, soft skills or mandatory training, and for Agility employees or customers, as well as SOPs and on-job trainings.
• Responsible to set training programs in accordance with Agility Egypt, departmental and employees objectives
• Assesses training needs with the Head of departments through interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, to update the integrated training plan (ITP), using training need assessment (TNA)
• Formulates training outlines and determines instructional methods, utilizing knowledge of specified training needs and effectiveness of such methods as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops.
• Designs, plans, organizes, or directs orientation and training programs for employees or customers.
• Delivers group and individual instruction and training covering a range of technical, operational, and/or management areas in a specified field.
• Recommends specific training programs to help employees maintain or improve job skills.
• Develops training curriculum and/or recommends or utilizes vendor programs that meet instructional goals and objectives.
• Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials.
• Monitors, records and evaluates effectiveness of training and development programs and utilizes relevant evaluation data to revise or recommend changes in instructional objectives and methods
• Monitor training costs and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures.
• Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes
• Selects and assigns instructors to conduct training.
• Reviews instructor performance and recommend improvements to program content and/or instructor presentation methods; may recruit, select, and train instructors.
• Attends meetings or seminars to obtain information for use in training programs or to inform management of training program status.
• Responsible for material handling equipment (MHE) training and assessment
• Responsible for standard operating procedures (SOPs) training matrix
• Supports and backs up in recruitment activities
• Report the areas of improvement related to the warehouse through monthly tours.
• Assist in corporate social responsibility (CSR) & engagement programs.
• Assists the OD Manager on all areas of Organizational Development efforts to achieve and exceed the objectives of the department.
• Assists in the completion of the end-to-end Recruitment Process in compliance with the Company’s guidelines: Employee Requisition Forms (ERF), Approvals, Recruitment Briefs, Advertising, Sourcing, Shortlisting, Interviewing, and Evaluating including Reference Check, Offering and Regretting.
