Responsible for a crew of Airport Operations Supervisors, Noise Control officers, and Environmental Compliance officers for reporting information related to the airport.
Responsible for implementing safety measures and minimizing risks.
Oversee changes or improvements related to the daily operations of the airport.
Coordinates, monitors and evaluates law enforcement, air traffic control, and sand/water removal or obstruction operations.
Check airport regulations.
Works with the tenants to obtain compliance with the regulations of the Civil Aviation Authority for the safe and orderly operation of the airport.
Assist in long-term planning of airports; Acts as a liaison with the Civil Aviation Administration control tower, tenants, users, airlines, and airport staff in relation to operations.
Evaluate and recommend changes in-ground traffic and passenger traffic at the airport.
Coordinate the update of the airport certification guide and airport emergency plan.
Responsible for loading bridges(jet bridges) in operation and issuing vehicle licenses.
Responding to questions from public visitors and travelers alike related to travel and arrival flights.
Making the flight calls inside the airport terminals.
To provide the passengers a service of finishing their travel or arrival procedures for extra fees.
Customer service agent is the responsible of receiving the passenger and finish all of his/her procedures besides: Marketing the service and providing clients with information about new promotional opportunities .
Supervising different activities of working companies in the halls such as cleaning, loading, and aviation companies.
To guide the travelers and answer their various inquiries and work to solve the obstacles they face during travel or arrival.
Responsible for the customer's accounts.
Recording all-cash transactions in the system includes collection.
depositing, and disbursement transactions in the branch.
Depositing funds at the company bank accounts.
Recording daily journal vouchers in the system.
Recording sales invoices, promotions, and discount transactions in the system.
Calculating and disbursing additional salaries to employees.
Prepare end of month close.
Receiving calls, responding to customer inquiries, resolving various complaints, taking orders over the phone, then registering them on the computer system to be sent to the relevant branch.
