Coinciding with BIM implementation within the construction stages of developing Dukhan Road, “Khalifa Avenue Project - Qatar”, where assigned as Utilities BIM Coordinator, including preparing library, 3D Modeling and 3D coordination then Coordinator leader after creating and developing a coordination plan helps to synchronize and exchange work between team members in a parallel way resulting in saving 65% of coordination time comparing with the average duration of same tasks were done before, also as a BIM goals method statement and 4D construction simulation videos were created using the 3D Model and project program plan. Computer literacy covers AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, Navis Works, Microsoft Office, Camtasia and 3D max.

02- Senior CAD Operator
who joined QD-SBG, where leading, programming and allocation CAD team for projects and to supervise the 2D and 3D production of drawings to meet delivery dates while maintaining CAD standards, guides CAD team for preparation of Utilities drawings and details shop drawings, involved in producing guidance notes and Project Drawing Plans in accordance with the project standards, maintaining file and drawing numbering systems, collate the electronic drawing files and run the final checks before issued to ensure that all cad work are matching the required CAD standard, for major project undertaken by the Firm in Qatar, and develop programs and sub programs to automate the repeatable and tasks with certain criteria. Computer literacy covers AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, Navis Works and Microsoft Office.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensure that Drawings production is on the track.
• Supervising the drafting team from a several divisions.
• Define and schedule work assignments.
• Prepare transmittals, drawing indexes and review drawings.
• Prioritize tasks and monitor progress in order to meet completion dates.
• Collaborate with team members regarding progress checks, reallocating work as necessary to meet schedule deadlines.
• Coordinate tasks as required with consultants and consultant documents.
• Organize drawings and CAD standards for project documentation. Maintain CAD and network files.
