Responsibilities
Safely Conducting maintenance activities according to HSE policies
Troubleshooting, modifications and project commissioning in time and resource efficient manner.
Updating P&ID’s and Layouts, Preparing Modification and Project Reports
Conducting ATA.
Ensuring equipment integrity in accordance with international standards.
Developing and implementing SOP’s for safe execution of job.
Budget preparation and preparing capital and revenue Purchase Requisition
Technical evaluation of vendor quotations & contracts.
Leading Instrument team and hands on experience of routine and non-routine preventative and corrective maintenance.

Learning and assisting Engineering staff in design and implementation phases of plant maintenance activities which includes:
-Carrying out electrical and instrument related maintenance activities on gas turbines, gas compressors, turbo-expanders, instrument air compressors, engines, generators,
PLC and DCS systems and other equipment installed at different production facilities.
-Maintenance of AC induction motors which includes meggering, earth testing and bearing greasing/replacement.
-Learning process at Gas Oil Separation Plant, Gas Purification Plant, LPG Plant, POL Gas, POL Rig, Khaur decanting facility, Balkassar Production Facility, Pindori LPG plant and Pindori Gas-Oil recovery facility.

--Programming in KEIL using C
--DC Motor Drive Design and Implementation using Microcontroller
--Successfully designed and manufactured Line Follower Robot
-Learned working and characteristics of control loop elements like sensors, actuators, valves, transmitters etc. and control and monitoring systems - Triconex PLC, Foxboro‟s Distributed Control System.
-Using final control elements for regulation (steady state and transient regulation) of a process variables
-Using these systems to operate field elements and signal conditioning for data transmission and data acquisition to and from the control room
-Learned about the basic organizational structure of an industrial setup and how different units within it synchronize to output performance.
