Roles & Responsibilities:-
• Gather & compile all financial information and transactions.
• Record daily journal entries & end of the month entries.
• Substantiate financial transactions by verifying the accuracy of the documents such as
purchase orders, invoices, payment orders and collectibles.
• Provide the necessary assistance to the internal and external auditors.
• Prepare bank transfer orders to debtors, Follow up on payments whenever due and prepare daily and monthly account receivable /settlement reports and send reminders.
• Assist in preparation of annual budget.
• Prepare bank reconciliation statement, statements of accounts reconciliation and inter-
group accounts monthly reconciliation statements.
• Preparation of periodic VAT tax refunds and reports.
• Prepare the periodic replenishment of all local bank accounts.
• Performed the processing duties of account payable including liaison with vendors and
staff to ensure payment of all invoices, follow up on payments to suppliers and setting
up new vendors.
• Resolving accounting discrepancies and outstanding balance issues.
• Assist in preparation of the quarterly and annual financial statements.
