for the customer
· Ensure that the salesmen approach and greet the customer
in the correct professional way and within the category maintain the
minimum standards of appearance as per the company
expectations
· Ensure that all salesmen are able to offer the customer the
minimum levels of product knowledge to make informed.

· Ensure all customer services issues within section are
resolved in the same day.

- Employees Communication.
· Ensure daily briefing is completed to the section team.
· Ensure all store communication bulletin are briefed to the
team and implemented.
· Ensure section communication binder is maintained
· Ensure all salesmen are aware of company promotional
details and sales programs
Training/ Product Knowledge
· Develop the product knowledge of salesmen within the
Category.

-Merchandise Maintenance.
· Ensure category merchandizing standards are maintained to
the minimum required standards
· Section setup instructions are implemented daily to required
time scale as per store bulletin.
· Daily opening & closing checklists completed
· Plano gram & visual merchandizing displays maintained as
per company guidelines
· Ensure all service products are communicated to the
customer through strong merchandizing standards.

-Operational.
· Cycle count can effectively be completed within section.
· Auto replenishment process runs effectively.
· Corporate guidelines are implemented regarding (open items,
Defected, DRTV Damage)
· Manage stock around seasonality of products, sales and
services.
· Ensure stock is protected through shrinkage management
within section.
· Negative on hand corrected on daily bases. · Managing section payroll to
budget.
· Ability to follow Company Instruction Loss Prevention & Safety
· Ensure adherence to all company directed programs.
· Advise Store management of potential security risks and
major shrink issues.
· Ensure that the store environment is safe for employees and
customers.
· Comply with all Safety & Security procedures.

-Scheduling/ Staffing.
· Ensure that the appropriate qualities of employees are in
place using section zone map.
· Ensure that staffing of all areas is maintained according to
company standard.
