*Assess employees training needs and select solutions that matches with business needs
*Administrating development programs according to the required needs
*Being engaged in internal training as required.
*Perform HR and Employee Engagement survey and follow up action plans under supervision of Training Manager.
*Facilitate the day-to-day logistics/administration of the in/out-company training sessions.
*Control and manage monitoring and evaluating effectiveness of training programs, maintains related records of program activities and prepares reports detailing implementation and program results.
*Determines analysis and identifies immediate and long range training needs, through consultations, and needs assessment data.
*Plans, organizes, and delivers orientation/training sessions for new hires and existing employees including scheduling training sessions, ensuring necessary training materials are available for sessions, preparing lesson plans, arranging for meeting space to meet needs of class size, etc.
*Contributes to the monitoring of the training budget.
*Supervises the development of training library of manuals, books, publications, and training aids, as well as on-line documentation.
*Ensures that services provided by third party suppliers are reviewed/renewed in a timely manner prior to contract expiry
*Assists in the preparation of all employee development plans.
*Reviews Development Plans & succession plans for analyzing training needs.
*Manage in house training courses.
*implementation of training policies & ensuring that employees have access to accurate & timely required training.
*Assists in organizing and developing training manuals, reference library, testing and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids and other educational materials.
*Manage and Facilitating Training Needs Assessments
*Ensure the Evaluation of training delivery.
*Prepares and submits reports as requested, including a projected training schedule and log of tasks completed.
- Working as marketing, sales, advertising, operation, Technical support and observation of events; graduation ceremonies, social and private events, conferences, fashion shows, with all technical riders and artistic support.
- Handled more than 10 graduation ceremonies pear year. About 30 wedding parties per year. More than 20 private events and conferences per year.
