Develop annual fleet budget. Improves cost and service performance through logistics activities that
include all aspects of managing a local private fleet. Monitors/controls costs, oversees transportation
planning with coordination of the Customer Service department, order processing for other BU and
delivery execution.
Monitors daily dispatch operations to support the sales operation and the achievement of company
objectives. Ensures driver compliance and expectations working with local driver leasing company.
Reports to the driver leasing company any driver discipline problems or issues that may arise. Ensures
completion of accident processing, claims, investigation, and corporate reporting. Participates in driver
safety meetings.

Holding a positon of Fleet and Maintenance Manager to managing the transportation fleet and maintenance departments to ensure that system duties and tasks are properly approved, implemented, and maintained within EIC’ Field boundaries. Follow up these requirements in acts and regulations in force, within the standards set by EIC Procedures and Instructions. In addition to running EIC transport fleet in a manner which will provide optimum support to EIC activities. Also manage the transport fleet and maintenance functions with focus on safety of personnel and equipment.
to lead the activities of the maintenance department to ensure that fleet which contain of 400 vehicles (Trucks/Tankers) is available, dependable and safe at all times. Oversee maintenance preventive maintenance program and ensure compliance with corporate policies and government regulations.
Developing a maintenance and servicing plan to ensure the safety and quality to a fleet which contain of 280 vehicle \[Light/Heavy\], Adding to my work tasks acting as Section Head of The Department Reviewing repairing reports, estimating for general bids, preventive maintenance records and labor guidance to coordinate the repairs needed from the agents and outside workshops, In charge of vehicles day by day repairs, Resolving and managing queries and complaints courteously and efficiently, Utilizes computer skills to research and implement maintenance procedures provided by service publications and manufacture’s owner manuals, Communicates with internal customers and external vendors on repair status to maintain effective working relationships, Discuss proposed repairs with vendors; approve only repairs necessary or in best interest of asset longevity, Making sure that all transport fleet vehicles are properly maintained and serviced, Apply company policies, procedure and safety standard on repairs, Evaluate and maintain relationships with outside vendors for maintenance, repairs, parts, and emergency road service, Assist Rig staff in diagnosing equipment/vehicle malfunctions, direct appropriate follow-up actions and provide with necessary spare parts to minimize the cost of repair, Testing and inspecting vehicles as can as to ensure they meet required standards, Keeping records of all work and that have been carried out, Review the invoice of repair and make sure of matching its approved quotation, Drivers team leadership throw a daily schedules and work sheets to guide them plus a professional experience with equipment's certificate licensing
