Provide technical back up to the sales force in order that the customer requirements are fully met.

- Prepare detailed quotations, compliance/deviation statements and technical submittal for customers from
information and specification supplied by the Salesman/customer.

- Provide technical and practical advice to the customer on the installation and selection of his
generator/switchgear.

- Able to test and commission a complete multi-set generator installation (engines, alternator, control system,
switchgear, fuel system etc.).

- Assist the Service Department on any technical problems and fault finding
- Write technical specifications for control/synchronising panels for sub-contractors to quote, assess the
quotations, place orders and approve drawings.

- Offer technical assistance to customers to ensure compatibility between Mantrac supplied equipment and others.


Conclusion:
Specifying the correct equipment to meet the customer requirements at the most competitive price levels. In addition, the machinery must be delivered and commissioned within the contract timescale and quoted costs.
