• Developed the Material Request Form (MRF) system for purchasing department.
• Supporting the HR and Payroll System for finance department.
• Supporting the ERP Glass software (Lisec) which manipulates the orders through GPS order software and GPS product based on Oracle database.
• Supporting more than 200 users troubleshooting and make daily backups for all users and oracle database and outlook mails.
• Generate the required reports from the ERP system for the higher management like entered orders, purchased orders, invoiced orders and all manipulated glasses in the shop floor.
• Dealing with avaya IP phones.
