day to day monitoring and managing the operation and maintenance department including preventive maintenance plan for all plants (chillers, power station, boilers, laundry, kitchens equipments, light current station, medical gases station, public areas and hospitality rooms). insure the implementation of new projects accomplished with the plan. Commitment with international standard to be applied with engineering department. Assist the chief engineer in new plans.
Lead the technician team to achievement the job tasks related to organization core business (diesel generator assembly, test, installation and after sales services) & Electromechanical works in swimming pools
monitoring & control & reporting and insure the optimum operation for all the facility & utilities and plants for the hotel during the shift. Implementation the FLS (fire, life and safety) program for IHG(intercontinental hotels group) inside the facility.
