•Use all acquired skills from RCC training to (all):
•Adhere to the call script.
•Adhere to the communicated process
•Maintain your AHT
•Achieve communicate return to Q, short answered calls, and abandoned % communicated targets
•Achieve quality communicated targets.
•Complete all necessary documentation related to project operations (ALL)
•Alert the TL of issues or concerns that require escalation for complete resolution (ALL)
•Maintain confidentiality of RCC’s client and customer data (ALL)
•Adhere to RCC policies and procedures (ALL)
•Reach the communicated target be it sales, order taking, lead generation, appointment settings, etc. (CA)
•Participate in individual and team training/ meetings in order to ensure that knowledge is up-to-date (ALL)
•Adhere to the work schedule as planned and accommodate any business requests including flexible locations and working hours (ALL)
• Achieve the FCR target especially for the support calls. (CC)
