• software: HMI configurations, CCTV, OCR Server, network communications (WIFI&Fibers) between the Suadi customs core switch and switch of a machine.
• hardware: Control panel with PLC connection, Server connection, X-ray source(electronics and electrical components) and hydraulic system.
• Testing and troubleshooting system components with the team to solve any issues.
• Testing and working with customs IT on integration(API links and configurations machines with Nebras system).
• Preparing monthly reports for spare parts required to maintain the machines.
• Responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Develop a plan with Saudi Customs to increase port statistics on a monthly and annual basis .
• Make a daily and monthly plan for machines maintenance.
• Prepare a plan for training technicians and Marshals.
• Reduce site expenses by setting monthly goals to control the expenses.
• Responsible for overseeing the integration, installation, and operation of systems with testing to ensure the delivery of the expected solution meeting customer needs.
• Debugging the embedded devices (IOT solution) in integration, installation and operation.
• IOT solutions projects: Automated fuel stations, Parking systems and CCTV systems.
• Testing and troubleshooting system components.
• Preparing project plans and purchase requests.
• Preparing implementation and commissioning plans.
• Designing network topology and system layout if needed.
• Responsible for infrastructure for the project after making a survey.
• Assuring installation quality before the final signature of the client on the final delivery documentation.
• Training customers on how to use the installed system.
• Responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Work on multiple projects and make design plans to commission the project (TMG Group, Huawei, Ministry of Interior(the Police)).
• Broadband solution (WiMAX technology - Microwave technology).
• (Maintenance /Repair/ supporting) visits for clients.
• CCTV solution.
• Evaluates the interface between hardware and software.
• Testing and troubleshooting system components and avoiding any issues.
