Quarterly preparing the consolidated financial statements for the Holding Group which contains more than 15 subsidiaries and associate companies and investments. Which operates in several investment activities (Industrial, Real Estate, Entertainment, Hospitality, Health Care, Constructions and securities) with ability to consolidate the financial statements, eliminations, and reclassification and to prepare the audit requirements in the audit processes.
• Supervising the recording and reporting of Marketable securities transactions on over than 9 portfolios in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Egypt and UAE.
• Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc. in compliance with IFRS.
• Supervising the assets management and recordings through the Oracle Financial Application for assets reporting, addition and mass additions, disposal, CIP and depreciation. And linking with the bank facilities agreements by controlling and reporting for mortgages property, bank covenants... etc.
• Supervising the loans entries and reporting, managing and translate the bank facility agreements to system transactions, Prepare classified loan detail, repayment, expense schedules.
• Sated up the classification of accounts and organizes accounting procedures and machine methods support.
• Devising forms and prepares manuals required to guide activities of bookkeeping and clerical personnel who post data and keep records.
• Adapted conventional accounting and recordkeeping functions to machine accounting processes and be designated accountant, machine processing.
