Coordinating with my team for the receiving and downloading of the daily newspapers and magazines
from region and properly keeping the records.
•Making sure that printed publications are scanned on time and shared to the clipping team.
•Making sure that the downloadable publications are downloaded on time and shared to the clipping team.
Ensuring the PDF resolution of all publication are readable before uploading it to the system.
Making sure that all publication are uploaded on time as per schedule.
Ensuring that the system OCR and Tagger are all working for both English and Arabic.
Always monitoring publication dashboard or so called CYFE, to check if all the publication uploaded to the system are all being Ocred and Tagged.
Reporting immediately to the clipping team supervisor in LEBANON and to the client service
manager for any errors shown on the CYFE.
•Searching the web regularly to identify publications that are available digitally, so we can replace the printed publications in order to reduce scanning requirement.
Keeping the publications list up to date regularly based on client lists and need. ( liaise with the client
service manager & clipping team)
•Liaise with the printed publication suppliers to insure timely delivery.
•Keeping the Publication rate card up to date on monthly bases.
•Coordinating always with the clipping team in (LEBANON).to insure all publications are available on time.
•Feeding the team with related article for existing client, while checking the publication
• Submitting a monthly report containing all daily publication invoices plus end of month summery invoice.
