Technical Sales Representative in KHEREIJI SHOWROOMS CO.LTD Group for Electrical Material Suppliers & Manufactures to the Construction Industry
In charge of KSC Retail showrooms construction works and renovations 5 branches all over
kingdom of Saudi Arabia applying the branding concept from KSC Group point of view.
Work experience with consultants for Inspection of total construction activities on site.
Interact and Negotiate with client and consultant for obtaining approvals for requested
modifications regarding the status of work.
Prepare materials requisition and follow up delivery, receipt inspection, etc. as per the
applicable procedures and the planning schedule.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports stating works completed, problems encountered
and proposals for improvement.
Field checking installation and location of electrical equipment, electrical duct, cable, panels and
other components of the electrical system being installed.

• Manage the customers in professional manner.
• Provide leadership in the upkeep, development and improvement of the maintenance
management system for the after sales customers.
• Manage and Administration of technical services (electrical works, systems integrations, Control
systems).
• To ensure that the technical support processes are carried out as per defined schedules and
checklists in order to ensure our Customer satisfaction.
• Provide assistance to Sales team on technical issues.
• Onsite installation, technical support and trouble shooting for the products sold when needed.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the
cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting
correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Assign work orders to the technicians who is capable of the job stated.
• Provides technical assistance and training to all the technician.
• Prepared periodic quizzes practice tests and tests to test proficiency.
