1. Develop, follow-up and maintain continuous good customer relationship within the Division’s objectives as set by the Management.
2. In addition to existing customers coverage, identify, develop and achieve new potential rental business opportunities within the financial targets and objectives.
3. Search & identify customers inquiries and follow-up on any equipment Rental requirement or sale of ex-Rental (Used Equipment) available in the Rental fleet.
4. Prepare & submit quotations to the clients according to the customers' requirements.
5. Subsequent to quote submittal, maintain a continuous contact with the customer to evaluate and note the outcome in accordance with the Division procedures.
6. Follow-up on equipment preparation, delivery and return from/to the customer when a deal is concluded.
7. Follow-up on payments and collection of any outstanding Rental invoices.
8. Keep abreast of all changes in the various models of equipment in the Rental fleet.
1. Attracting new clients and maintaining excellent rapport with current customers
2. Receive customers inquiries and suggest replacement for unavailable parts.
3. Negotiate parts prices with customers and prepare quotations for clients’ purchases.
4. Prepare drafts on receiving purchase order for parts collection, arrange for delivery and prepare invoices.
5. Prepare order requests for unavailable parts to the suppliers.
6. Follow up on customers’ payments.
7. Submit monthly report on collection forecast.
8. Review competitors’ parts prices and make recommendations to the management for possible actions.
9. Coordinate between customers, suppliers, warehouse and other concerned departments.
10. Report and perform other duties as assigned by the Regional Parts Sales Manager.
1. Maintain existing customers and insure the arrival of new clients through planned strategy.
2. Preparing technical and commercial proposals, cost calculations and supporting documents.
3. Attending Projects Meetings and Bid Clarification Meetings.
4. Proactive follow up on sending quotations.
