• IHG/ hotel survey department campaign, responsibilities for an agent
was including tasks such as reaching members who had or has the
ownership of IHG membership or their partner who shares the same
membership.
• Sending and updating clients profiles with whether they want to
proceed or not, also filling out the survey of how they found the hotel
stay for them and information related to their stays.

• Reaching out and offering clients, the solar system and
encouraging the movement of going green.
• Checking if roofing/damages is fine and qualified to have the
system installed to avoid any collateral damages to the houses
structure.
• Ensuring of delivering accurate and clear information to prospects
over emails, texts and calls to ensure keeping up the clients
updated with latest information regarding their current status.
• Follow up calls and regular database client checkup to meet day
to-day tasks and keep system updated as well.

• Handling customers requests via email and phone calls
• Verifying papers and certificates of personnel and commercial
parties.
• Recording data and information into spreadsheets
• Entering and managing costs and time of delivery
