Strategy:-
• Responsible for the ongoing development of talent acquisition processes & procedures and the
implementation of all recruitment innovations.
• Formulate and implement the consolidated annual manpower plan.
• Participate in HR due diligence activities for new businesses.
• Participate in Market Intelligence activities.
• Headhunt all key positions up to top management for new and current subsidiaries.
• Plan, implement, and manage the company's annual performance management process
• Act as the process and functional owner of the performance management system
• Participate with the Management team in identifying key positions and high-risk positions and succession planning.
• Lead the process of Job Evaluation, Job Mapping, and creating the grading system and salary Scale.

Operations:-
• Report and review all recruitment metrics (time to fill /Cost per hire) to ensure an effective recruitment cycle that meets the company objectives.
• Responsible for developing all sourcing methods and channels to ensure an up-to-date database.
• Coordinate with the department managers to forecast future hiring needs and identify gaps.

• Conduct job interviews for key jobs in the organization.
• Review and analyze annual HR budgets formulated by subsidiaries and establish a consolidated
corporate HR budget to monitor performance.
• Implement and monitor succession planning programs across all subsidiaries.
People
• Conduct regular follow up with managers to define the effectiveness of recruiting plans and
implementation.
• Builds a quality relationship with internal customers and external recruitment agencies.
• Oversee all the activities of the recruitment team to ensure high-performance levels and efficient
implementation.
• Responsible for the supervision of all recruitment team performance and their development.
• Monitors and constantly reduce the costs of the recruitment process.
