• Review client documents to ensure accuracy and compliance .

• Visit and advise delinquent client to pay installments and in case of non-payment, a report shall be
prepared by reasons of delays and raising it to the direct supervisor.
• Do new investigation regarding renewed loan to update client status whether to modify or delete any old
data and add new data and review guarantor data.
• Follow up with clients on a monthly basis to ensure paying outstanding installments to avoid reaching
the stumble.

• In charge of supporting: the withdraw and deposit process in case of absence of bank teller, customer
service representative, automatic teller machine supervisor and that experience is supporting and
its not permanently.

• Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
• Compute sales prices, total purchases, and receive and process cash or credit payment.
• Prepare merchandise for purchase or rental.
