My leadership experience covers but not limited to leading Engineering Tech support teams, leading Mega Projects for executing Power & Petrochemical Plants. Leading teams for developing International companies' procedures, Organizations & Quality manuals. Also Leading teams for developing and implementing training & improvement processes / procedures, leading EHSSQ & RC Audit Teams.

2002 - 2006
I led the Project execution of Shoaiba Steam Power Plant Project (5000 MW Output Power) for all project activities related to Turbine & Thermal Cycle construction / erections / commissioning / successful operation & smooth handing over Saudi Elect. Co. Further, I led / manage all QMS Project related activities. I was also assigned as Deputy Manager for Shoaiba Steam Power Plant Project.
2006 - 2007
led Maintenance Team for National Co. for Titanium Dioxide (Cristal), as a Maintenance Manager, supporting also the strategic expansion project of the running plant & led the Project Tie-ins safe timely completion activities. I led as well Cristal Project for Re-organizing the maintenance Team & Business.
2007 - 2013
I participated in leading & Operation of SABIC Project in Yanbu for establishing & running a new SABIC Petrochemical complex / Co. called YANSAB. As a Central Maintenance manager, I led establishing the business of the whole Central Maintenance & Maintenance Services including execution of thorough design / construction / Machine tools purchasing / Installation / Commissioning and successful operation of Central shops & satellite shops. Further, I led establishing all maintenance services / manpower / Purchasing contracts. Furthermore, I led developing Maintenance functions job descriptions / R&R, main Maint. Procedures & Maintenance Quality Manual. I also led the recruiting of Maintenance team leaders / supervisors / expertise / expatriates & led developing / execution of Maintenance Team OJT training & certification programs.

I participated in leading YANSAB project for Developing EHSS (Environment, Health, Safety & Security) System in full Compliance with SABIC EHSS Standards (73 EHSS Standards, similar to ARAMCO EHSS Lost Prevention Standards). • Participate in Engineering & Design Review process / activities.
