Set HSE strategies and targets for the whole projects including individual HSE staff performance targets,
Allocate HSE resources for different projects based on priorities and risk criticality,

• Lead a team that works on the petroleum waste management and handling project.
• Set and review HSE strategic policies, targets, regulations and provide constructive feedback on HSE performance of all oil & Gas companies working in Sudan.

o Noise pollution (test and measurements) during working hours
