Employee services and counseling
Legal issues management Implementing& managing best HR Practices.
Initiates & controls the processing of formal documents required for multiple purposes ensuring compliance with local rules and regulations and Company’s policy & procedures.
Employee relations and conditions to ensure maximum & effective utilization and stability of employees
Directing the team's efforts toward the HR Manager's instruction and plans.
Handles and follows-up on the obtainment of residence permits, no objection certificates, work permits, entry visas, Civil ID cards, driving licenses, finger-print results, medical fitness certificates and assists in renewal of employees passports. (The medical licensing procedures).
•Visits almost on monthly basis the MSA & L, MOI, other State department ( e.g. MOH, MHE, KIMS etc. ) Embassies and other institutions for transacting assigned work.
•Management and distribution of tasks between the representatives.
•Handling all the governmental procedure, correspondences and formalities.
•Controls processing of formal documentation required for various purposes ensuring at all times compliance with State regulations and the Hospital procedures. Documentation to be processed includes licenses to practice for all professional medical staff, passports, residence and work permits, no objection certificates, visit visas, driving licenses, commercial licenses etc.. For this purpose he maintains and controls the Impress Account of this section and ensures that expenses are incurred as per established procedures.
•Keeps abreast of any changes in local regulations pertaining to licensing to practice, residence, traffic rules, commercial licensing, etc.. and ensures that sub-ordinates are made aware of these changes and process their work accordingly.
•Attends to formalities involved in hiring of private servants on behalf of the owner. Such formalities include visas, residence and work permits, reception at airport, etc..
•Ensures that employees passports are handed over to them upon termination of employment after cancellation of the necessary permits and other State documentation such as exit permits etc..
•To maintain up to date records for all employees relating to residency & employment as required by relevant legislation.
•To mobilize/demobilize employees accordance with Company olicies & procedures and local labor law. (No 6 year 2010).
•To administer Localization Quota systems in relation to Government Projects in accordance with Company policies & procedures and local labor law (No 6 year 2010).
•To verify and audit all employment contract-associated paperwork in accordance with company policies & procedures and local labor law (No 6 year 2010)
•Receives various documents such as : offer letters, employment contracts, qualification certificates, residence papers, practice licensing correspondence, status change, completed leave applications, attachment letters, warning letters, service certificates, telecom. Correspondence etc. from both within and without the department and arranges them in file number / numerical / subject / date order before placing them in the appropriate file.
•Maintained awareness and knowledge of contemporary HR practices and provide suitable interpretation to staff within the organization.
•Reviews and sorts out all incoming documents to ensure completion of required action before filing, and refers documents not auctioned to supervisor. Makes photocopies of documents for other files as required, and files completed documents in correct files (which include approximately 1200 active personnel files and about 200 general files.
