1. Marketing and selling oilfield chemicals (drilling, production and EOR) which are new products lines in Farabi Petrochemicals Company.
2. Searching for new clients who could benefit from our products in a designated regions.
1. Represent Egyptian Canadian Co. (ECC) on allocated accounts within the designated territory.
2. Prepare, submit, discuss and negotiate technical quotations and tenders with clients in a timely and professional manner and in accordance with company procedures.
3. Prepare and submit visit reports and Technical Service Requests in accordance with Company procedures.
4. Observe profit margins on products supplied and initiate corrective action should these fall below company accepted standards.
5. Initiate/undertake Corrective Actions in accordance with Company procedures.
6. Perform routine servicing at contracted customers onshore and offshore sites in accordance with Company procedures.
7. Screening and lab bottle test for Demulsifier, PD, PPD & anti-foam.
8. Attending field trials for PPD chemicals, demulsifier, corrosion inhibitor, scale inhibitor, H2S scavenger and oxygen scavenger inside and outside Egypt.
9. Prepare the technical and commercial offers for chemical management system agreements and manage the services that should be performed (chemicals stock control, man power, reports, ...)
10. Technical evaluation of oil field chemicals' tender.
TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE:
1. Crude oil complete analysis as ASTM method.
2. Formation water complete analysis as ASTM method.
3. Monitoring and optimization of the treating chemical at oil production field as demulsifier, pour point depressant, corrosion inhibitor, scale inhibitor, anti foam, biocide and oxygen scavenger.
4. Screening and lab bottle test for Demulsifier, PD, PPD & anti-foam.
5. Attending field trials for PPD chemicals, demulsifier, corrosion inhibitor, scale inhibitor, H2S scavenger and oxygen scavenger inside and outside Egypt.
6. Prepare the technical and commercial offers for chemical management system agreements and manage the services that should be performed (chemicals stock control, man power, reports, ...)
7. Technical evaluation of oil field chemicals' tender.
8. Monitoring of corrosion rate by using weight loss coupons & ER PROB.
9. Monitoring of scale formation rates using scale coupons, scale prediction using scale prediction software (scalechem) and chemical analysis of scale deposits.
10. Visual inspection of well tubing after work over to report the corrosion and scale problems.
QUALITY CONTROL EXPERIENCE:
1. Follow up different stages of crude oil processing.
2. Quality control for reverse osmosis unit (Water maker unit).
3. Calibration of some sensitive analytical instruments such as digital salt analyzer, pH meter, turbidity meter and dissolved oxygen Content meter.
4. Analysis of sludge and scale deposits.
5. Special tests like tracing of residual corrosion and scale inhibitors and oil in water.
6. Sharing in Rheological studies.
