An integrated farming system was practiced on the farm with a focus on natural and sustainable farming practices. The following projects and activities were executed:
• Established and managed a successful poultry farm that produced table eggs and later shifted the focus to egg hatchery and chick production.
• Raised cattle for the dairy business, growing a variety of grassy and leguminous fodder such as Sudan grass, alfalfa, and clitoria.
• Grew a wide variety of vegetables and fruits, including dates, guava, lime, and pomelo, utilizing sustainable and eco-friendly farming practices.
• Implemented organic waste management practices, producing organic fertilizers and soil amendments such as compost, compost-tea, fish hydrolysate, bio-fertilizer, lactic acid bacteria (LAB), biochar, and mycorrhizal fungi for sustainable farming.
• Engaged in turf grass production, ensuring the farm's activities were diverse and profitable.

The main focus was on selling and installing solar system products for both residential and agricultural use. However, due to the conflict and war in Sudan, the business operations were halted.
Rainfed sector farming was practiced in two different regions, with varying soil types. The first region had heavy clay soil and was in eastern Sudan, while the second region was a sub-Saharan area in the poor savanna regions situated in the dunes of North Kordofan. Cash crops such as sorghum, sesame, sunflower, guar, and watermelon were commonly planted in these regions.
In Sudan, conventional farming practices is destructive and involved cutting native trees, repetitive soil tillage and ploughing, and heavy use of agrochemicals like herbicides, pesticides, and fungicides, leading to land degradation, topsoil erosion, low soil water holding capacity, flash floods, invasion of rodents and pests, frequent droughts, and poor yields.
• As an environmental activist and advocate for safe and sustainable agricultural practices, engaged in social responsibility by transferring responsible farming practices to the community.
• Conducted several talks and workshops to educate farmers about agroforestry, regenerative farming, cover crops, crop rotation, mixed and inter-cropping systems, organic farming, and other sustainable farming practices, promoting environmental conservation and sustainable livelihoods.
• Demonstrated a strong commitment to environmental conservation and sustainable agriculture, advocating for responsible farming practices to combat land degradation, erosion, and low yields, with a passion for ecological solutions and sustainable livelihoods.
