Project Coordinator: Based in the project management team within engineering department which focused on projects execution on time, cost and quantity
Principle Responsibilities
• Coordinate / follow up with the consultants
• Evaluate project documents prepared by the designer to ensure they fulfill requirements and error free
• Evaluate concepts designs proposed by the consultants
• Preparing monthly report
• Preparing inventory list and areas (for other departments)
• Preparing presentation, proposals and perspectives for brochures using various graphic programs
• Remain up to date with knowledge of suppliers in market / market values / trends in engineering / new materials
• Performs assigned tasks according to company policies, procedures and directions from Projects Manager
• Consults with Projects Manager when major problems are encountered
