Working as Secretary nowadays at FIPCO (Filling & Packing Materials Mfg. Co.) since 16th June 2019. The below some of my duties doing it with FIPCO specially with the Top Management Dept.
Secretary for Managing Director of FIPCO and its subsidiaries.
Admin Assistant for Risk manager FIPCO and its subsidiaries.
Secretary and admin assistant for Compliance & Corporate Governance Manager.
Following up the monthly report from all director's requested from MD to all head departments of FIPCO and its subsidiaries.
Responsible for booking meeting rooms for board members and Audit committee.
Attend a meeting and prepare minutes of meeting for the top Management Dept.
Handling inquiries from shareholders such asking about the previous revenues not been received.
Directing inquiries about the current situation of FIPCO and its subsidiaries from the shareholders to the Secretary of the Board of Directors and the Shareholder Relations Officer.
Prepare and analyses insurance renewal policy like Medical, Cars and General
Contact channel with insurance and broker for any inquiry.

2015 to 14 May 2019 as Admin Assistant for Logistic Manager, below are my duties,
Channel point between all department of AACO or between AACO with all suppliers
Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, presentations, setting up for
meetings, and reordering supplies.
Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and
restaurant reservations.
Receiving emails and routing them to the appropriate party.
Using computers to generate reports, prepare presentation, conduct research, and
transcribe minutes.
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
Review and receive all Logistic services claims as per standard procedures of receiving.
Assist for Logistic manager dept. petty cash expenses and reimbursement process.
Assistant for following up all customs clearance process from A to Z for all shipments
Reporting to CC & logistic manager all reports related to all suppliers of logistic.
Coordinating with broker /forwarder to arrange smooth clearance process.
Reporting to logistic manager daily and monthly report.
