• Key role in implementing, setting, configuring, backup, and troubleshooting Router “Cisco 3945 - 4300 - 4500”, Switch “Cisco 2960x - 3850 - 4500 - 9200 - 9300 - 9500”.
• Security solution with Data center Firewall "FortiGate 2201d" to manage traffic between internal subnets in HA mode which is setup and configured to work as active passive for zero down time and Edge Firewall "FortiGate 1500d" in HA mode which is setup and configured to work as active passive for zero down time with different "zones", "natting", "tunnelling", "policies", "PBR", "VPN", "SDWAN", "Routing", and "Portal”.
• Responsible for day-to-day management of:
1) MPLS Routers between HQ and branch, Internet router (Cisco 4300, 4500).
2) Core and access switches (Cisco 9200, 9300, 9500)
3) VoIP solution (Cisco CUCM, IM&P, CUC, UCCX, Expressway C&E, CIMC, CUIC, UMS, Telepresence & CUBE).
4) Data center FW for traffic between internal subnets (FortiGate 2201d)
5) Edge FW for traffic from and to internet (FortiGate 1500d).
Profile Background: In nearly 8+ years of broad-based career, progressed from Network Administrator (May 2012 to Sept 2014) position to Network & Telecommunication Group Leader (Oct 2014 - Dec 2019). • Tasked to oversee Cisco Unified Communication Manager & Contact Center Express “CUCM 7, CUCCX7”, as Network Administrator.
• Produced a virtualization solution with high availability for the call center with the latest software version consisting of call manager, contact center express, work force optimizer, Cisco unified intelligence center, Cisco enterprise license manager "CUCM 9 Publisher & subscriber", "UCCX 9 publisher & subscriber", "CUWFO 9" "CUIC 9" and "ELM 9" with intelligence power chute.
