• Negotiate Grocery and Commodities deals for all markets across Egypt
• Manage relationships with key suppliers including Elmansour group, Eldoha, Heinz, Nestle and other Grocery and Commodities suppliers
• Choose to enlist and/or delist items in the categories of the manager’s responsibility in order to achieve the best possible profile of active items to achieve company’s goals
• Follow up products’ performance and give recommendations about whether to continue or discontinue to work in this product
• Take decisions about changing the price of the product (cost, selling) after taking the necessary actions (negotiations, market survey, research …)
• Finalize annual contracts with suppliers after reaching the best terms through negotiations
• Ensure the quality standards of the products is maintained in line with my company’s standards
