Duties and Responsibilities:
• Carrying out the site work in compliance with SGCC quality control manual and client satisfaction.
• Involved in getting approval for the material submittal, submitted to the consultant.
• Checking subcontractors work and issuing payment certificate accordingly.
• Involved in Shop Drawing/Builders Work Drawing and getting approval for the construction works.
• Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.
• Plan and review engineering activity, provide support on technical issues, establish measure for process performance.
• Have good knowledge in execution/ quality control/ Planning/ Billing of multi storied commercial & residential projects essential.
• Supervising the quality of the works and the production /performance of the site works.
• Ability to work according to the Consultant & Client requirements.
• Managing the execution of construction plans using the specified resources and equipment, planning and following up day-to-day activities and programs.
• Supervising on-site operations including land clearing, landscaping, building construction, excavation and erection of structural framework.
• Ensuring that all operations are being conducted as per the standard construction methods and procedures and complies with standards and regulations, and taking all safety precautions.
• Leading the completion of all required tasks on time and requesting modifications in plans and schedules when needed and finding the solution to problems that may cause delays.
• Coordinate direct with the supervisor to follow all discrepancies and nonconformities are being resolved and reporting any obstacles or conflicts to the concerned parties.
• Follow up the construction method statements, reviewing the correspondence and ensuring that the construction related documents are being properly maintained and available when needed.
• Meeting with professionals and foremen to maintain the quality control procedure, methods and safety checking.
• Preparing reports regarding various construction operations held on-site.
• Ensuring that adequate resources are being provided, specifying plant equipment requirements and coordinating with any shortages or inconvenience in materials or equipment.
• To support the Project Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets for the civil groups at site.
