•Establish professional relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
•Managing the interest of all stakeholders (customer, suppliers, etc.) in the project.
•Ensure that the baseline project documents are produced, maintained, made available, utilizing project workspaces, to all parties concerned and effectively used (managing the project)
•Ensures that the project is correctly planned and managed during execution.
•Ensure that the project is delivered fully utilizing standard builds and standardized work.
•Monitor and control the financial status of the project (Billings, cost budgets, milestone payments, rebates, warranty)
•Accurately report the status (resources, technical issues, customer satisfaction) of assigned projects on all key metrics.
•Managing the process of scope definition and change control, including estimating and negotiations of contract / scope variations.
•(Anticipate change orders in a timely manner on important potential risks technical or other)
•Establish and execute detailed plans to ensure that risks are mitigated, and opportunities are realized.
•Create the conditions to enable effectively working teams. (A balanced team)
•Work with organization to ensure that projects are properly closed out.
•Work with construction department (to ensure that project proposals are supported with proposal deliverables e.g., risk/opportunity, estimate, project plan, planning.
•Participate in the continuous improvement process with respect to project management procedures, guidelines and tools highlighting any possible areas where improvements can be made.

•Manage & supervise all workshop’s activities, workflow, tasks…etc. (Technical Engineer tasks related to HW Maintenance New HW Delivery preparations).
•Plan, check and develop all coordination activities to provide a clear and solid relation with partners and vendors and insure all the purchase procedures are followed, insure to get the highest quality with lowest cost product to the company.
•Give consultation, technical support to the customers / sales team by gather requirements, create specifications, and develop innovative solutions or enhance existing ones within the front-end sales support.
•Maintain proper filing documentation for both receipt of purchased goods from suppliers and delivered sold goods to the customers.
•Delivery and deployment of solutions, ensuring that they are on time, within budget and to the required standard.
•Maintain & execute “Maintenance Contract” in order to solve customer’s problems.
•Build strong and effective relation with vendors and insure getting the best prices of the products /services.
•Analyze; confirm pricing data to align it with company pricing matrix to find the proper price for each service / product. Determine the retail price for the product after checking out the market prices for the competing products and follow up the pricing matrix according to company Pricing policy.
•Plan and watch all stocks and coordinate with the Ensure correct realization of the contract in terms of client’s requirements and claims, performances, security, environmental and legal constraints, quality of the deliverables.
•Follow up on the Project Plan and ensure communication completed with the business, external customers and other stakeholders about status, milestones, issue resolution and escalation.
•Ensure projects tracked and checked against time, effort, and cost.
•Keep abreast with the latest technology and software solutions.
•Sales team and company management to keep the stock level as per demanded and agreed.
•Ensure certification and training on time for all the channel partner products, especially CCTV products and solutions.
•Report on the potential contract risks to company Management.
