• Fosters a customer-centric culture, where the full energy and activity of the store team are focused on delivering highly satisfying customer experiences.

• Drives brand guide planning and execution process in partnership with category managers.

• Ensures visual merchandising strategies and presentation standards are achieved and maintained.

• Optimizes workforce management by editing and approving the weekly labor schedule.

• Owns the payroll budget, target wage rate and other controllable expenses. Also to ensures payroll is managed daily by punch guarding and executing flex worksheet.

• Prepare annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiate corrective actions

• Leverages tools and reports to ensure the sales floor is full and abundant with all styles.

• Ensures strategy is in place to optimize use of all non-sales space including back room, associate areas and off-site storage.

• Owns the customer experience at and operations of the cash wrap selling zone. Also ensures cash wrap associates are trained to maintain cash wrap selling zone standards.

• Owns the development and implementation of store strategy to reduce shrink.

• Ensures Standard Operating Procedures are followed and assist in store opening and closing.

• Owns and ensures accuracy of the physical inventory process, including planning, delegation and execution.

• Reinforces store strategy to reduce shrink and provide safe working environment.

• Ensures execution and coordination of recruiting, hiring, staffing and on boarding process for total store.

• Motivates and inspires team to meet and exceed established productivity levels.
