Responsibilities/ Tasks
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets, sharing best practices and strategies for success.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs to management on a regular basis.
• Keep client menus up to date and optimize restaurant content, including delivery times.
• Ensure that the menus of the clients are up to date at all times.
• Provide excellent service and support in order to build a strong relationship and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including closed sales follow up activities.
Responsibilities/ Tasks:
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Build friendships/relationships with clients.
• Assist customers find items in the store.
• Check for stock at other branches or order requested stock for customers.
• Provide customers with information about items.
• Generating sales reports to support marketing team.
• Managing products display to achieve cross selling and up selling.
