As a Keo Supervision Team Member, my responsibilities at first 3 years includes many jobs and tasks at Abu Dhabi Municipality as secretary, writer and document controller.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
• Local assistance to document control for projects. Assist core team and support teams for project control matters. Prepare documents and transmittal's as directed copy, distribute copies for review.
• Monitor the outgoing and incoming documents and following up as appropriate.
• Maintain up-to-date document logs in accordance with project management procedures.
• Keep all the document files up-to-date using current software.
• Maintain proper files and archiving of documents.
• Assist in preparing the weekly/monthly timesheets for all team members.
• Provide administrative support to all team members.
• Perform administrative functions including dairy management, arranging seminars and appointment and draft business communications.
• Acts as the chief administrative officer of the KEO core team.
• Ensure that documentation is prepared and distributed at the appropriate times and for appropriate attendees.
