• Participate in coordinating and strengthening of an effective and transparent coordination system
in the camp, including coordination of service provision and other defined camp activities.
• Develop a continuous and constructive communication with all stakeholders.
• Assist in promoting community and agencies understanding of different roles and responsibilities
implemented by Stakeholders in CCCM.
• Support adherence to Standard Operating Procedures during implementation of various activities
in the camp, e.g., flow management at distribution.
• Assist in preparing service monitoring reports and disseminating the finding to community
representatives and the residents of the camp.
• Monitor and ensure that IDP committees and actors working in the camp act and behave according
to agree upon Codes of Conduct (CoC) and Terms of Reference (ToRs).
• Promote the camp population's self-reliance and ownership of decision-making processes through
identifying strategies and project-cycle stages where camp community should be involved.
• Assist in capacity building activities of community representatives in the camp.
• Contribute with coordinating adequate reporting and effective information sharing including
disaggregating data by age and gender.
• Promote inclusion approaches in implementing activities in the camp including participation of
Persons of Specific Needs (PSN’s).
• Assist in ensuring that infrastructural improvement, repair and rehabilitation of camp infrastructure
aimed at improving safety and protection of IDPs within the IDP camps are made according to
relevant standards and guidelines.
• Identify solutions/strategies that promote community participation in care and maintenance
activities in the camp and support to create/support care and maintenance committees.
• Build and maintain mutually respectful relationships with site management team, service providers,
local authorities, IDP community members as well as host community members.
• Create and maintain databases and spreadsheets that meet operational requirements.
• Design and establish data collection forms using Word, Excel, Google Sheets and Google Forms.
• Collect statistical data from the field team on a Monthly basis.
• Responsible for monthly indicator reporting to Activity Info.
• Responsible for monthly data input into the Camp Coordination and Camp Management Cluster reporting system.
• Responsible for the quality and maintenance of data entry. This includes creating forms with proper validation rules, reviewing, verifying data for accuracy by checking and comparing source documentation, and correcting any inaccurate data.
• Provide feedback about the data quality and completeness to field teams to improve the overall quality of the data.
• Support other team members in data management (data extraction, cleaning, and analysis)
• Maintain proper filing system and storage of documents and ensure the security of all documents whereby only relevant staff have access to needed information.
• Capacity building and training implementation of field staff.
• Represent DRC with communities, local authorities, site partners, and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain mutually respectful relationships with site management, service providers, local Authorities
• Establish and train representative and inclusive community-based site management committees at sites.
• Plan, Support, and organize social cohesion building activities at IDP sites.
• Support other teams in conducting multi-sectorial assessments of IDPs needs.
• Capacity building training for local authorities and partners.
• Establish, maintain and actively utilize networks of key informants at IDPs sites.
• Assist other DRC teams with conducting assessments, Distributions, and sectorial activities.
• Registration and verification from Beneficiaries in Aflah, kuaidanah, Khiran AL Mohraq, Abs & AL- Zuhra districts .
• Counsel and provide information to new arrivals IDPs.
• Warranty arrives aids to affected People.
• Participation in execute emergency response such as Cholera Outbreak Response.
• Participation in the implementation of any other activities in the Office or the field.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the management of the project.
• Plan and implement food distributions in Abs, Aslam, Haradh, and Mostba & khiran Districts.
• Monitor and review the overall commodity movements such as food deliveries.
• Oversee the distribution of food items at the site and ensure proper distribution of entitlements.
• Verify appropriate entitlements are distributed and provide feedback to the team leaders.
• Report periodically to the team leaders on relevant events regarding food
Management, distribution and other related issues.
• Identify potential problems in the distribution and discuss remedial action with
Project authorities or report to appropriate personnel.
• Ensure food distribution teams compliance with all SHS administrative and operational procedures and policies, as well as WFP regulations.
• Ensure that the distribution security plan is adhered to in all distribution points.
