Dealing and follow up with customer. Handling compliance and problems and insuring customer satisfaction. Reach and implement the retail standards and achieve the required targets. Achieving the sales objectives set by management. Working on the strategic level for mutual benefit. Responsible for selling products & business solutions to the existing customers, in addition of maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through the company's vision and guidelines. Preparing reports for the monthly sales.
- Discussing the products, services and advertising requirements of each particular client.
- Setting up meetings with clients and other agency staff.
- Delegating work to other members of the agency team.
- Working with the account manager to brief media, creative and research staff, and assist with the formulation of marketing strategies.
- liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and advertising agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively.
- Overseeing the status of advertising campaigns & monitoring its effectiveness.
- Negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns.
- Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification.
- Meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
- Handling budgets and managing campaign costs.
- Writing reports, keeping records and financial details.
- Helping to secure new business.
- Undertaking administrative tasks.
- Becoming familiar with the nature of clients' products, business culture and competition and understanding the possibility of changes to these.

- Dealing with clients requests and complains.
- Processing of all policy transactions.
- Liaison with the branches and Sales Coordinators in handling applications problems.
- Preparing invoices reports.
- Responding to all general client queries and the running of the Customer Service Help Line
1. Answer phones and respond to customer requests.
2. Sell product and place customer orders in computer system.
3. Provide customers with product and service information.
4. Up sell products and services.
5. Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff.
6. Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system.
7. Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved.
8. Complete call logs and reports.
9. Research billing issues.
10. Research misapplied payments.
11. Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
12. Recommend process improvements.
13. Other duties as assigned.
