Implementing, Plotting and leading a Lean Manufacturing oriented operations optimization plan:
- Located flaws in plant Manufacturing Control Function which consequently fluctuates units’ manufacturing cost .
- Implemented remedy in the form of transformation to Cellular Manufacturing manifested in re-configuring the plant into cells or work-centers with a calculated standard performance pattern
- Measured plant performance through standardizing work-centers’ or cells’ KPIs and comparing performance to standard
- Managed production through continuous development loops.
- Managed a task force attempting Production line Balancing and Workstation Remodeling using LG line balancing software.
- Implemented an OEE -based production machines operations monitoring and reporting system.
- Standardized Plant Handling System which was separated from normal production operations and replaced by an inter- cellular customed handling system.

- WIP inventory calculation control and reduction.
The implementation led to 16% increase in Line Labor Efficiency, 12% increase in Line Balancing Efficiency leading to a total of 15% Productivity increase, manufacturing cost fluctuation reduction to +/- 10%.
