•Prepare preventive maintenance plan according to the assets.
•Supervise all preventive maintenance operations as per the plan, cost & deadlines of the
time.
•Supervise outside contractors for all electromechanical works in the building as per the
agreed cost, plan & deadlines of the time.
•Develop drawings and proposal requirements when equipment, system upgrades or
repairs are required.
•Responsible for the preventative maintenance of equipment and systems and will
respond to trouble calls and requests.
•Diagnosing breakdown problems and carrying out quality inspections on jobs.
•Liaising with other related departments for new requirements and contract rewarded
vendors.
•Prepare scope of work for upcoming projects.
•Prepare drawing in auto CAD format.
•Prepare project implementation plan in MS project.
•Prepare electrical SMDB and DB load schedule as per requirement
•Ensure that all projects being implemented are aligned with the plans.
•Prepare technical reports.
•Prepare design drawings for projects.
•Weekly and Monthly report project progress report for every month to line manager

- Petrogulf petroleum co. - fire and gas pressurized container with generator.
- Pharaonic petroleum co. - fire and gas pressurized container with generator.
- Gemsa petroleum co. - fire and gas pressurized container with generator.
- Khalda petroleum co. - high pressure pumps works with variable speed drives.
- Dapetco petroleum co. - water disposal work with pumps and generators.
- Rashed petroleum co. - inspection for turbines by using 10MVA load banks
- MBC Misr - Assembly and installation for Generators, ATS panel and
distribution panels
- MBC Misr - installing two earth system
- Responsible for Electrical Inspection for panels, motor, generators, pumps
and transformers

- Supervision of the electrical instillation matched with international standards for
all each part
