o Ensure compliance with all quality programs, including GMP and HACCP
o To Establish, implement and maintain the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001/BRC/HACCP International Standard and authorities’ requirements.
o Manage HACCP assessments and reassessments. Compose and edit HACCP plans and strategies for new products.
o Measuring and monitoring the process performance, initiate necessary corrective and preventative action
o Carries out random inspection of quality during the process in line with operators and reports any mismatch /non -conformance to the production manager for necessary action
o Participate and contribute to continuous improvement of departmental SOPs
o Develop and execute training programs that support the Company’s objectives with regard to quality and food safety
-Establishes, coordinates, and monitors the laboratory quality assurance program;
plan, schedule, and implement QA related activities.
-Coordinates or performs quality assurance system audits of laboratory
performance
-Follow up of pre-analytical, analytical and post analytical phases ensuring continual improvement based on ISO 15189:2012
-Documentation of Quality accreditation procedures
Preparing Standard Operating Procedures
-Quality Control review on weekly basis
-Proficiency Testing Evaluation and corrective action
-Test Method Validation Preparation and documentation
-Regular inspection on internal units
-Preparing Key performance indicators
-Review on accuracy of corrective action for Proficiency Testing that received from internal units
-General orientation for new employees on infection control, safety and quality accreditation certificates
• Verifying and checking adequacy and availability of QMS documents in accordance with International Standards.
• Planning, recording and following up the Internal Audits
• Monitoring and participating in identifying Quality records, their retention times, indexing, collection, filing, and disposition.
