Responsible for the Warranty, Product Information analysis, and Customers Complain Follow up & support. This function is acting as a link between the market and the manufacturing side by handling all Field Quality Improvement and Field Quality Assurance activities fo EGYPT, MOROCCO, TUNISIA, ALGERIA and SUDAN markets.
1- Providing technical support and technical information to branches.
2- Studies technical information received from NMEF, prepare workshop.
3- Monitor Dealers/Branches technical concern resolution (cases closing and effectiveness).
4- Technical drawings (wiring diagrams, electronic service manuals and technical bulletins).
5- Critical customer complaints handling.
6- Diagnosing and technical problems handling.
7- Performing monthly technical problem analysis.
8- Performing technical reports for technical problems.
9- Performing the warranty pre-authorization request.
10- Performing factory goodwill consideration request.
11- Ensures technical bulletin and information updates are cascaded to support workshop.
12- Monitor Dealers/Branches implementation compliance/completion of Service Campaign issued.
13- Coordinate and check with Warranty Group for warranty claims data analysis.
14- Coordinate and provides copy with Warranty Group for Technical Bulletin and Service Campaign issued.
15- Follow-up test parts submission, recovery and evaluate result and submit technical reports.
16- Prepare and review top technical problems summary and Product Quality Report (Top 20 - 30 Technical Reports and Warranty Claims Data).
17- Establish and maintain cooperative relationship with NMEF.
18- Establish and maintain effective relationship with other department, Dealers and Branches.
19- Conduct Dealers/Branches periodic visit.
20- Participates in local and regional new model conformity test drive, report results and follows-up improvement of weak areas.
21- Conduct important period meetings with Dealers/Branches Technical Group.
22- Coordinate with vehicle assembly local and accessory suppliers (Tires, Wheels etc.).

1-Providing technical support for every technician.
2-Diagnosing and trouble shooting vehicles malfunction to confirm the repair quality.
3-Finalizing initial warranty claims form.
4-Finalizing repair orders to ensure quality of work done.
5-Supervising work shop loading process to ensure maximum productivity and technical efficiency.
6-Ensuring technicians record jobs done on time control.
7-Performing monthly technician performance evaluation.
8-Knowledgeable in car problems, warranties, services and general repairs.
