I lead the company dealing with the suppliers (fishermen and others), customers (worldwide), plant managers in operation, and local authorities. I also controlled the finances. I also supervised IT operations.
Taught physics, engineering, and IT. Also installed and configured IT and network systems as well as other technical systems.
I worked as an “IT Specialist”. My duties included administering the office network and IT needs. I also provided support for installed applications.
I worked on a contract basis in the deployment and integration of a Management Information System called the “PI System”, widely used in the industry. This system is somewhat similar to the “Symsoft” system used in GSM networks for real-time data and charging. The project is in Kharsaneya Gas Plant (KGP) in Saudi Arabia.
In addition to my IT support duties, I worked for as a service supervisor. Received customer orders and complaints and planned required installation or maintenance. Scheduled, dispatched, and supervised the maintenance teams.
I ran a small computer business to install and configure small residential computer networks.
