• Quantity Surveying for all the structural, and architectural works in many projects across the “MENA” Region.
• Prepare, revise, and compare between different MTOs, and BOQs.
• Worked on 4 Residential Projects “Villas and Blocks” in “Madinaty” and the “New Captial” in Egypt doing the following:
• Preparing “Invoices” for sub-contractors.
• Preparing “Shop drawings” for the structural, and landscape works.
• “Quantity Surveying” for all the structural, architectural, and landscape works.
• Supervise all construction and architectural works of a residential project.
• Day-to-day management of the site tracking achievements to schedule.
• Ensure that the materials used meet specifications and established standards of quality.
• Supervise activities of construction in the unit. • Shop drawings.

• Choose the structural system and prepare the design drawings based on Egy.Code.
• Prepare the shop drawings.
• Prepare the QS, MTO, and calculate an approximate cost for the project.
