- Responsible for getting accreditation and type test certificates for new products starting from the early beginning with the technical design, testing, shipping the sample till obtaining the certificate.
- Exploring new business opportunities in the market.
- Following the international affairs and news to keep aware of the new marks or certifications required.
- Contacting international certification bodies and getting the best offers from them.
- A large list of contacts of international bodies (KEMA, Kinectrics, UL, ...etc.) with good relations with them.
- Identifying and maintaining cordial relations with potential business partner to enhance competitiveness of the business
- Coordination with colleagues in the technical department to prepare suitable technical datasheets.
- Coordination with the planning department to set good delivery dates based on the status and priority of each project.
- Following up with production, quality, and logistics departments.
- Reporting on monthly basis on the progress of the main activities and status of each project and that it is on line with the plan.
- Preparing SOPs for machines and work instructions lists for labors.
- Preparing time study across the whole operation cycle to identify problems that disrupt the production process and put solutions for it.
- Setting a cost reduction plan.
- Upgrading machines and analyzing its rates.
- Constructing a process control plan to ensure business sustainability.
- Responsible for monitoring the flow of the production processes.
- Setting the machines work plan for different shifts.
- Coordination between job orders and giving them different priorities.
- Coordination with the planning department to meet the delivery dates.
- Following up with the maintenance department and the maintenance schedule.
- Ensuring the availability of the material and labors and coordination with other related departments to avoid stoppage of the production process.
- Leading a large number of labors.
- Responsible for monitoring the projects of ‘’Mansoura 1’’ & ‘’Mansoura 2’’ in the new capital and hospital of ''El Odaysat'' in Luxor.
- Observing all the electrical works and manage the needed material, tools, manpower, and also the purchasing department.
- Preparing invoice for main and sub-contractor.
- Pricing and preparing technical and financial offers for electrical projects.
