‐ Make planned preventive and predictive maintenance for injection, slitter and printing machines. ‐ dealt with various type of injection machines (Netstal and arburg) and had the ability to troubleshooting them. ‐ dealt with various type of assembly machines (PSG, LAMFI, SACMI, BORTLINKEMO, and ECKEL & SOHN) and . had the ability to troubleshooting them. ‐ dealt with IMD vista Inspection systems and got a training in Switzerland to be able to work as bericap Egypt . camera GURU (quality side). ‐ Responsible for production and maintenance Budget. ‐ Overview all production lines and monitor production KPI's (OEE, Scrap % ) ‐ Co‐ordinate with the production planning team the short and long term production plan. ‐ participate the implementation of 5s yearly improvement plan
