The delivery of the finished products to the customer. It consists of order processing, warehousing, and transportation. Distribution logistics is necessary because the time, place, and quantity of production differs with the time, place, and quantity of consumption
• Reviewing and updating policies and procedures manual of Financial Control Department.
• Testing the accounting behavior of new modules added or developed in the financial accounting system.
• Developing new reports to meet various internal and external reporting.
• Coordinate and communicate department activities and assignments to accountants to meet timetables and ensure department productivity and quality goals.
• Preparation of quarter and year-end consolidated financial statements and the related disclosures.
• Liaison with external auditors, internal auditors, and ICR auditors for reviews and year-end audits.
• Ensure that all adjusting entries have been recorded for monthly, quarterly, and annual closing.
• Review journal entries and posting to the general ledger.
• Reporting and analyzing key performance indicators and monthly performance of the bank's various departments and branches.
Performing audit in compliance with the International Financial reporting Standards (IFRS), Egyptian Accounting Standards (EAS) and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) for various local clients.
• Assessing internal controls in place and developing the required controls to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of operations, reliability of financial reporting, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Providing Top Management with the Daily Control Pack comprising set of control reports and analysis aiming to maintain daily monitoring on the Trial Balance; communicate control weaknesses
