Meet with the client, know the client requirements and discuss the ideas, objectives, requirements and budget of a project and in some cases help to select a site.
Work as the Project Manager and work with project team(s) on conceptual designs, presentations, design development, and construction documents. Perform design and construction management skills during the project’s life cycle.
Resolve design issues with innovative and practical solutions.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, fabricators, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives. Prepare tender analysis report and negotiate with contractors.
Participate equitably in the development and implementation of the project goals. Strive to achieve the goals of the organization
Responsible for delivering architectural concepts and architectural design solution throughout the projects.
Regular site visits to check on progress, ensuring that the project is running on time and to budget
Resolving problems and issues that arise during construction
Producing detailed workings, drawings and specifications
