- HP Consultant in STC as a part of the OSS project.
- Consulting and supporting in other projects.
- Delivering HP training courses.
- Implementing the HP software projects.
o Field: Network Monitoring and Management Service
o Position Description:
- Monitoring and managing the STC network and infrastructure servers through the HP Openview applications like the HP NNMi and HP OMU as a part of the OSS project.
- Troubleshooting the network problems and faults in cooperation with the NOC team.
- Managing the wireless network through Aruba Airwave application.
- Control the network devices Configuration and change management through the Cisco Prime LMS application.
- Administration tasks of the HP-Unix servers.
o Field: HP IT Performance Suite Software
o Position Description:
- HP Operations Support in the Saudi Telecom Company (STC), Network Monitoring and Management Department.
- Implementation and operation of the HP monitoring and management tools like (HP NNMi and HP OM)
