Considering Sedar company's core and the first in the Middle East in the curtains manufacturing since 1892, I had a chance to open the first in Egypt branch since the beginning of the construction and to participate with the engineers in construction, design and delivery of the section to be desired from the strategy update the situation and as it was expected and the outline of a team of VM where it is the latest and biggest store from 26 branches around the Arab world.
My job description depends on reporting to country general manager.
The basis of my work is the deputy director and the responsibility for sales consultants in terms of their training and their access to professional service company providing customer needs and implementing senior management schemes, reports like CCR customer conversion rate, FTE full time equivalent, CFB customer feedback, DSR daily sales report and sharing with marketing team by other reports.

I’ve worked for Al-Futtaim Group (MARKS &SPENSER) in Egypt where I’ve gained a huge experience in retail as a Senior Sales Assistant in a huge brand for fashion for 5 years.
My experience has been about sales, management, time management, building business retail, customer services, handling companies and solution problems.
I’ve been responsible for stock inventory by keeping stability for fast moving items balanced by the season needs and saving the shrinkage, following productivity reports like ATV, IPC and KPI, leading the staff together to achieve our targets, commercial reporting to line manager like SWOT analysis & noose report, supporting with audit team by scanning and making a layout on the floor for stock take, identifying the variances, daily reports like SOD, EOD, SFOR, delivery dispatch and coaching staff to known the new innovations & figures.
